A Worthy Life

The Lord does not ask
that we die for him
In a burst of righteous glory
Instead
He asks
we live for him
that we live
fully
with subtle grace
and humble strength
until
the very end
so that when we
stand before Him
and offer up our lives
It is not an empty gift
we're giving
But a life worth dying for
